Yes. Full resort buyouts are available for weddings, corporate retreats, wellness retreats, family reunions, celebrations and other private gatherings. Grand opening event December 5, 2026; from December 6, 2026 a full resort buyout can include all five places to stay (three cabins and both Lodge suites), the Lodge event space and resort amenities.

Our three private two-bedroom cabins each sleep up to four guests. Stays from December 6, 2026: our two new Lodge suites each accommodate up to six guests, bringing the resort’s total overnight capacity to 24 guests. The grand opening event is December 5, 2026.

Our accommodations generally have a two-night minimum stay. Minimum stays may vary for holidays, special events and full resort bookings.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Your stay is charged in full at the time of booking, taxes and fees included. Cancel more than 14 days before arrival and 50% of your booking is refunded. Inside 14 days of arrival, bookings are non-refundable, and a no-show is treated the same way. Events and full resort buyouts are quoted individually, and those terms are set out in writing at the time of booking.

Individual cabin and suite reservations do not include exclusive use of the entire resort. Other guests may be staying onsite. If you’d like the property exclusively for your group, ask us about a full resort buyout.

We recommend booking as early as possible for weddings, retreats, full resort buyouts and peak summer dates. Individual accommodations may also be available closer to your desired stay.

Yes. Full resort buyouts are available, giving your group exclusive use of the accommodations and designated resort spaces included with your booking. This is a popular option for weddings, retreats, corporate events, family reunions and celebrations.

Each of our three private cabins features two bedrooms with queen beds, a full kitchen, fireplace, private deck with BBQ and a private hot tub.

Our three private cabins each have their own private hot tub located on the deck. The two Inspire Lodge suites do not have private hot tubs.

From December 6, 2026, Inspire will offer two additional two-bedroom suites located above the new Lodge. Each suite has two bedrooms with queen beds plus a pull-out sofa and can accommodate up to six guests. The grand opening event is December 5, 2026.

Yes. Both of our new two-bedroom Lodge suites are fully accessible, and the Lodge has an elevator providing access to the second floor.

Yes. Bed linens and towels are provided with your accommodation.

Yes. Our cabins have full kitchens, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The new Lodge also includes a catering kitchen designed to support catered private events and group experiences.

Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for guests throughout their stay.

Absolutely. Inspire Beach Resort welcomes families and children. Whether you’re planning a family getaway, reunion or full resort gathering, there is plenty of space to enjoy the property together.

Yes. Dogs are welcome with prior approval. Dogs must remain off beds and furniture, be kept on a leash while outdoors, and owners are responsible for poop and scoop throughout the property. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

Grand opening event December 5, 2026; stays and bookings from December 6, 2026. The Inspire Lodge & Suites adds more than 1,000 sq. ft. of four-season indoor event space, full audio/visual capabilities, an LLBO-licensed bar, catering kitchen, additional bathrooms and a large outdoor deck.

Upstairs are two private two-bedroom suites accommodating up to six guests each. Both suites are fully accessible, and the Lodge has elevator access to the second floor. See the Lodge.

Yes. Inspire Beach Resort specializes in intimate waterfront weddings and micro weddings in the Kawarthas. With the new Inspire Lodge, weddings can be hosted year-round, with both indoor and outdoor options available. See Weddings.

Yes. Our waterfront setting offers beautiful options for outdoor ceremonies overlooking the water. Our team can work with you to determine the best setup based on your group size, season and event plans.

Yes. Inspire is ideal for creating an entire wedding weekend, including welcome gatherings, rehearsal dinners, your wedding-day celebration and post-wedding brunch.

Yes. Decorations are welcome for approved private events. Please discuss your plans with our team in advance, particularly anything requiring installation or attachment to the property.

Yes. Approved outside vendors are welcome. Depending on the service provided, vendors may be required to provide proof of appropriate insurance.

Yes. Inspire offers a private setting for corporate retreats, leadership meetings, team building, strategy sessions and company offsites. Groups can combine overnight accommodations with indoor meeting space, AV capabilities, meals and outdoor experiences.

Yes. You may use one of our recommended catering partners or an approved outside caterer. Outside caterers must carry appropriate catering insurance.

Yes. From December 6, 2026, the Inspire Lodge will feature a full LLBO-licensed bar for private events and gatherings. The grand opening event is December 5, 2026.

Outside alcohol is not permitted within the licensed Lodge area. Alcohol service within the Lodge must comply with our liquor licence. Our team can discuss available bar options when planning your event.

Yes. Inspire is a private waterfront resort in the Kawarthas with approximately 400 feet of shoreline for resort guests to enjoy.

Yes. Complimentary onsite parking is available. Vehicles must remain in designated parking areas to keep our landscaped, waterfront and emergency access areas clear.

Foodland and the LCBO are conveniently located in Coboconk, just a few minutes from the resort.

Yes. Balsam Lake Provincial Park is nearby and offers hiking, nature and additional outdoor activities for guests looking to explore the Kawarthas.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside any accommodation or building. Outdoor smoking is permitted only in designated areas and must be at least five metres from buildings. Cigarette butts must be disposed of safely.

No. Fireworks are not permitted anywhere on the Inspire Beach Resort property.

For private events, resort buyouts and group bookings, all guests and visitors must be included in your approved guest count. Please speak with our team in advance if you would like to add additional daytime guests.

Because our team needs sufficient time to prepare each accommodation for arriving guests, early check-in and late check-out cannot always be accommodated, particularly during our busy season.
